No excuses.
I fail at blogs completely. Now that its Fall however, I am feeling inspired. Maybe I just don't find Summer that interesting? Who knows. Try and keep me honest.

So today I went to "Delancy," a restaurant I've been dying to go to since I read "A Homemade Life" by Molly Wizenberg, AND...if you can believe it! I didn't take a picture! I could kick myself. I guess I'll have to make another trip there soon.

So these are my children. Olive is new to the family, and Noah is very slowly getting to know her. He actually licked her head right after I took this picture! It was too cute. Not sure why this picture is so bright. Noah looks a bit like a ghost-cat. Oh well! : )

Because I have been sick, sick, sick, for the past few days, I have been stuck in my house with tissue and zero motivation. So unfortunately, this photograph was not taken today, but it is one of my favorites, so I thought I'd share it. And in case your wondering, it's a view of the Olympic mountains from the Seattle waterfront. They are beautiful, and someone I know can't wait for the snow to melt, and the sun to shine, just so they can go there.

It is possible that I post too many pictures of my cat. But recently, with David working long hours, Noah and I spend a lot of time together. And he is so cute, how can I resist not sharing him with all of you.

As any of you who view this blog may know...I have not, thus far, included text in my posts. But I am feeling adventurous today, and will perhaps continue to feel so into the future.
On that note, I had a thought that some context might be helpful in fully appreciating the photos I daily post. To start, I took this photo while at work (elementary school library). Finding this book ("Dr.Seuss's ABC") brought back sincere and fond memories of my childhood. So much so that I couldn't help but smile ridiculously when I saw it.
